
Diversity
Extensive research has reinforced the importance of diversity and inclusion to social and economic development. The ways in which diversity is defined and benchmarked, the intersections between issues such as race and gender, the barriers to inclusion and the interventions which can advance it are all important areas for research and practice. In addition to looking at overall patterns and trends doing a deep dive in to the lived experience of diverse individuals is important.
